I made my appointment for service after a representative from the dealership called me over a month ahead of time and reminded me that I was due for an oil change. I arrived on time and was told them I would wait for the car. I was told it would take about 2 hours. I got my vehicle 3.5 hours later. I think waiting 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation when an appointment was made way in advance is way too long to wait.

This is my second time at Watson Chevrolet. The first time I took my Tahoe and the technician did not know what he was doing, and needed more time and money. This time I took my 2016 Corvette to the Watson Chevrolet in Tucson and their technician cut a wire on my rear view camera and on the rear view camera joined two other wires together and also joined two wires together that were coming from the car and wanted $1000 to fix it. I must say that when I arrived, the people were helpful and greeted me well and the service advisor was helpful too. They need to fire the technician.

Jerry was very understanding and supportive of my issue with a check engine code He told me what to expect for time. He shared initial findings and the plan to resolve the issues. In the end it was a minor connector issue which was quickly resolved. The use of the Watson coupon for a diagnostic really helped and Jerry excused the small extra time the repair took. I was very pleased with the outcome and service.

Appt time 10am was seen at 1020 am, if I am late will my appt be given away. Why does it take over 90 minutes for oil change. Peter came and got me when ready didn't go over ticket with me. Other dealerships I have been to do a courtesy vacuum in front seats and a car wash. Before purchasing this car was serviced at Royal Buick, they did this and break area was pretty awesome Danish up to 11am, free pop, water and popcorn with large screen tv. I was not overly impressed comparing to my sales experience I had when purchasing our car. I asked for possibly getting some very small scratched repaired on my car during my appointment past Friday. Was told maybe if not called will seek elsewhere as I am quite sure a body shop will assist me. Again, other dealerships have gone that extra mile it seems when comes to service not so much.

I never made this appointment, never went in for service. I called inquiring after receieving 2 requests to review my recent service and a Sirius offer due to my recent visit. I asked how this could get connected to my account-what about VIN numbers for identification? Still waiting for a response. This doesn't speak well of dependability - nor how they linked my VIN to someone else.
